Goals!

Run on the treadmill 4-5 times each week.


Stop drinking caffeine and hopefully soda pop altogether.

I wish you good luck!

I stopped drinking soda completely 16 months ago. It's a hard goal, but VERY doable. I started lately drinking things like O calorie Sobe lifewater. Still gives me a taste but not the carbonation, sugar or caffeine. Also I drink Vitamin Water Zero. Mostly I just drink ice water, but those are some good choices in case you want something with flavor.

Good luck, I know you'll do it.
